The NJVA / WEVA conference is the largest annual meeting of wedding and event videographers in the northeast. Attendees are studio owners with buying power. Your company will be included in all conference promotional material before, during, and after the event. Marketing will reach thousands of videographers throughout the country.
What’s Included
- Two hours of exclusive time devoted to our Vendor City
- No other events are scheduled while the Vendor City is open
- Inclusion in all event marketing on website, through email, and social media
- A (6ft) skirted table
- Electricity is included and available at the event
- Set up begins at 10:30am
- Vendor City is open from 2-4pm
- Vendors are welcome to attend sessions, and speak with attendees until the end of the event
Boxes:
The Hilton Garden Inn will accept boxes up to three days prior to the event. Boxes must be under 50 pounds. HGI charges a nominal fee of $5 per box.
Rooms:
NJVA/WEVA have arranged for a $139 room rate at the HGI on both 5/17 & 5/18. Rooms must be book before 5/3/11 to receive the discounted room rate.
