You’ll learn how to incorporate things like act structure, inciting incidents, and turning points to engage your audience and your client with potent drama. Kevin will show you how to add a layer of visual subtext through shot composition, lens choice, camera movement, montage and “wow” shots like the fluid master.
Then join Kevin for the east coast screening of his film “City of Lakes.”

“CITY OF LAKES” The Official Trailer from PACIFIC PICTURES on Vimeo.

The film, which officially premièred in Las Vegas at NAB 2010 is the largest live event/scripted concept production ‘hybrid’ film ever produced. Kevin and his team embarked on a journey to Udaipur, India, where they capture an extravagant, three-day marriage celebration, and simultaneously shot a concept film with the hope of creating one seamless film. “City of Lakes” was shot entirely on the Canon 5D Mark II and 7D. Following the screening, join Kevin & Joe Simon for a unique, in-depth Q and A about the production!
