The film, which officially premièred in Las Vegas at NAB 2010 is the largest live event/scripted concept production ‘hybrid’ film ever produced. Kevin and his team embarked on a journey to Udaipur, India, where they capture an extravagant, three-day marriage celebration, and simultaneously shot a concept film with the hope of creating one seamless film. “City of Lakes” was shot entirely on the Canon 5D Mark II and 7D. Kevin Shahinian is an award-winning filmmaker, graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts and founder of Pacific Pictures, a boutique film production company based in Los Angeles, CA that produces live event, corporate and original concept productions for clients around the world. Kevin’s ground-breaking work has been featured by publications such as EventDV Magazine & HD Video Pro. In 2009, he was named in the Event DV “Top 25″ event filmmakers list. Kevin was a featured speaker at WEVA Expo 2009 in Orlando, FL
